Creative & contemporary psychotherapy
Hello, I'm Tony and I'm an integrative therapist originally from Yorkshire and I pride myself on my warm, present and calm nature.
I am passionate about working with clients in a way that allows them to explore their relationships with themselves and others, and healing and growing through the process. Above all I care about what I do and I've worked with clients and alongside therapist teams for many years,.
I studied my undergraduate, MSc and PhD at Edinburgh University, exploring identity, sociology and psychology and I've worked in the mental health and wellbeing field for over a decade.
I completed my BACP accredited course in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of East London. My integrative training allows me to take a flexible, client-led and contemporary approach to therapy that is warm, safe and confidential.
- looking for more meaning in life?
- stuck in a rut?
- worried about your relationships with yourself or others?
- feeling depressed, anxious or have low self-esteem?
- concerned you have tried everything
- wanting a different or more fulfilling life?
Or even none of these and still feel could benefit from speaking to a real, approachable and warm therapist?
You're in the right place.
I work integratively, which essentially means that I'm trained to use different approaches and tools based on you and your needs. This brings flexibility to our online therapy sessions.
I am trained to work in a variety of ways and across different areas such as anxiety, depression, attachment styles, sexual health, addiction, body image and relationships.
Above all my approach to therapy is collaborative. Together we create therapy and a therapeutic relationship that works for you to heal and become the version of yourself you want to be.
One-to-one therapy will help you better understand yourself and your relationships with others and feel more in control of your life and connected to yourself and those around you.
